We are locally owned and independently operated Accounting firm. Director & CPA, Paul Rushton first began his accounting career in Geelong over 25 years ago before moving offices to Werribee. We have proudly formed many great business and personal relationships over that time with many of our first clients still with us today. Our clients vary from individuals just entering the workforce and lodging their first tax return to mature thriving businesses, every customer is as important to us as the next. With the help of our committed staff and support of our loyal clients over the years our Werribee office has successfully grown and our customers now spread across Victoria including; Werribee, Geelong and Greater Melbourne.

Maryanne Keep - Director & CA
Hard-working, friendly and someone who likes to ‘get the job done’, Maryanne is a Chartered Accountant with over 15 years of experience in Business Advisory and Tax. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) and a Bachelor of Business (Commercial Law). She worked in both medium and large accounting firms in South Australia before moving to Melbourne in 2016. She joined Rushton & Keep in 2019 and became partner in 2020.
Maryanne describes herself as an out-of-the-box thinker and is always looking for a better alternative solution to bring about the best outcome for her clients. She not only has a deep understanding of the very complex tax and business laws, she is able to clearly and honestly communicate and explain them to her clients.
Maryanne manages a large portfolio of businesses and takes the time to learn and connect with her clients in various industries including freight & logistics, primary production, retail, hospitality, construction and professional consultants.
She has extensive expertise in business advisory, tax compliance, tax planning and audit. She specialises in self-managed superfunds and the associated legislative requirements.
